Kingsbridge celebrates Customer Service Awards across the Group
Customer feedback is a very important tool in the Kingsbridge Group. It helps us to grow and improve, as well as being a good resource for any potential customers.
Firstly, Dinghy achieved its 100th review on Trust Pilot. With a review rating of 4.8/5, 97% of the reviews completed were five stars.
Meanwhile, Larsen Howie has achieved the Gold Trusted Service Award from Feefo. This has been awarded for providing outstanding service to their customers.
Furthermore, the team at KCI have recently won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2020. The award is an independent seal of excellence, that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.
Newly launched for this year, the Trusted Service Award was presented as a result of winning Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service award for three consecutive years – demonstrating KCI’s continued commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
